“My name is Ann and I attend classes with Ciara McCormack twice a week. I have rheumatoid arthritis and osteoporosis. I am in my late 50’s and I don’t have a track record of exercising regularly. Earlier this year I had a conversation with my rheumatologist and he really enjoyed me to focus on a little bit of exercise and building my core. I reached out to Ciara and started attending her classes. She observed me and she started working with me to make sure the exercises that I did were right for me and more importantly that I was doing them correctly. I am really happy to say that I can now stand on one leg, I can do all the exercises, I can do them well and I really enjoy the classes. So I want to say thank you to Ciara and I am very happy to recommend Ciara.”
